How do I send my products to the studio?
After you approve the quote, ship your products to our studio with the order number provided. Pack each item securely and put the order number inside the box. We check every item on arrival and confirm by email.
What happens to my products after the shoot?
You choose when you place the order: we ship them back to you, keep them for pickup, or donate them to charity. Return shipping is added to your invoice, or you can give us your UPS or FedEx account number. Because of import and export rules, we ship returns to US addresses only.
How do I receive my photos?
Finished images are uploaded to a private online gallery for instant access and download. Our production manager follows up and handles revisions if needed.
Do you shoot on white and on colored backgrounds?
Yes. We shoot clean white-background images for marketplaces such as Amazon, as well as color and styled backgrounds and lifestyle scenes for your website, social media and ads.
Is retouching included?
Photography and editing are both done in-house by our team, so every image is retouched and delivered ready to publish.
